ABSTRACT
Acute coronary syndrome is a clinical condition characterized by atherosclerotic plaque rupture and thrombosis, requiring rapid diagnosis and intervention due to its high mortality. Non-invasive imaging methods like coronary computed tomography angiography and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging have a critical role in its diagnosis and management. Proper modality selection by clinicians enhances diagnostic accuracy.
